Description: The project consists of adoption of a Master Reclamation Permit for the Northern Tertiary Regional Tertiary Treatment Plant (NRTTP). The NRTTP will provide tertiary treatment of domestic wastewater generated on the northern portion of the Marines Corpse Base Camp Pendleton.
