Note: EIS/EIR The project consists of adoption of a Master Permit for the United State Marines Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Northern Regional Tertiary Treatment Plant (NRTTP), San Diego County. The Master Reclamation Permit prescribes requirements for the discharge of tertiary treated recycled water from the NRTTP. The NRTTP will treat municipal wastewater generated on the northern portion of the base. Sewage Treatment Plants No. 11 and 12 which currently serve the northern portion of the base are being decommissioned and their influent streams will be combined at the NRTTP to provide one centralized treatment plant for the northern portion of the base.
