In addition to the 10 residential lots, two common lots are proposed. Common lot A would be comprised of private streets A and B, while common lot B would be designated open space in the southeastern portion of the site. Residential lots would comprise approx 13 acres of the site, while roads would comprise 7% and open space would comprise the balance. The project application includes the cancellation of a Williamson Act contract. The proposed GP designation is Hillside Residential, -0-1 du/acre and proposed zoning is HR:1:PD, Hillside Residential, 1 unit per acre, with planned development overlay.
