Note: Recirculation Approval of this general plan amendment, rezoning, and tentative map would allow the project applicant to subdivide the vacant 17.55 acre property into 10 lots for future development of single family residences. In addition to the 10 residential lots, two common lots are proposed. Common lot A would be comprised of private streets A and B, while common lot B would be designated open space in the southeastern portion of the site. Residential lots would comprise approx 13 acres of the site, while roads would comprise 7% and open space would comprise the balance. The project application includes the cancellation of a Williamson Act contract.
