Note: Review extended per lead. The project applicant is requesting approval of the following: - General Plan amendment from "Agriculture" to "Hillside Residential (0-1 du/acre)" - Rezoning from "RC" (Resource Conservation) to "HR:1:PD" (Hillside Residential, 1 unit/acre) Approval of this General Plan amendment and rezoning would allow the project applicant to subdivide the 17.55-acre property into 10 lots for future development of single-family residences. The southeast corner of the site (~3.22 acres) would be designated as open space. The project would also include development of a private access road, which would provide access to all project lots from Twin Oaks Drive. Project streets would not connect to any other existing streets located near or contiguous to the site (including Cerro Vista Court and Ann Arbor Way).
