- The project is located at the intersection of State Route 20 (SR) and SR 29, west of the two of Upper Lake. The project involves construction of a roundabout, with a raised central island, which will provide connections for SR 20 and SR 29. The project also includes construction of new sidewalks and crosswalks, as well as drainage improvements. The project will permanently and temporarily impact waters of the United States.
