Document Description
CDFW is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0288-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant Caltrans. Caltrans is proposing a project to construct a roundabout with a raised central island that has a mounded height of six feet. The roundabout will have three legs. State Route (SR) 20 will enter from the east and from the west while SR 29 will enter from the south. Existing lighting will be replaecd, sidewalks and crosswalks will be installed, and drainage will be improved. Drainage will be improved within other waters of the U.S. at four different sites. permanent impacts to other waters of the U.S. will be offset through onsite replacement (relocation) of drainage ditches. Other waters of the U.S. temporarily disturbed during consturction woudl be restored to pre-project conditions. The disturbed soil of areas impacted by consturction will be treated with an erosion control seed mixture.
