Description

Approval of revised California Carpet Stewardship Plan, October 2013 (aka v. 3.0). The original project (Jan. 17, 2012 Carpet Stewardship Plan aka v. 1.4) was the subject of a December 15, 2011 Negative Declaration (SCH#2011122052, NOD filed 2/1/2012). The Department has considered the revised project and the full administrative record and has determined that the prior Negative Declaration is sufficient for approval of this project since the changes are not substantial and do not involve new significant negative effects on the environment.
