- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 160-2012-0014-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Orange County Public Works. The project consists of maintenance of Agua Chinon and Peters Canyon Retarding Basins. Maintenance activities include sediment removal, embankment maintenance, maintenance of structures, and vegetation management. The project will permanently impact 0.35 acres of riparian vegetation. The project will mitigate project impacts through the restoration of 1.0 acre of riparian vegetation.
