Document Description
Operations and Maintenance Manual for the Foothill Retarding Basins ("O&M Manual"), and for maintenance activities pursuant to the O&M Manual. The nine Foothill Retarding Basins are in the western foothills of the Santa Ana Mountains in Orange County. The Maintenance Manual prescribes maintenance activities including sediment removal, vegetation management, maintenance of structures, and embankment maintenance. A permanent concrete access road and cleaning pad would be installed on 0.15 acre in Round Canyon Basin.
