Title: Homes at Deer Hill (Terraces of Lafayette Project Alternative)
Description: CDFw has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No.1600-2011-0386-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to O'Brien Land Company, LLC as represented by David Baker. The project is limited to the installation of an approx. 40 foot long, 26 foot span, arch culvert to provide access across an on-site drainage. The footings of the arch will rest on drilled piers installed below the top of bank but above the ordinary high water mark. Construction of the arch culvert will remove on native black walnut and one ornamental plum tree. Following installation the area will be replanted with native species.
