Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Notification of Streambed Alteration, EPIMS Notification No. CCA-21192-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the O’Brien Land Company, LLC, as represented by Dave Richard Baker. The project is limited to the construction of a new 26-foot-wide by 90-foot-long bridge crossing the unnamed tributary to Reliez Creek, which will require tree removal and excavation within the channel. Excavated, regraded, and disturbed areas susceptible to erosion will be stabilized with biodegradable erosion control features, hydroseeding, and replanting. Permanent impacts caused by the project will be mitigated for in the immediately adjacent areas of the channel.
