Document Description
NOD upon City Council Appeal. The project consists of 315-unit multi-family apartments comprised of 14 residential buildings of two and three stories. Amenities in addition to the clubhouse would include an outdoor pool, picnic areas, a dog mini-park, a turf play area for lawn games, and on-site pedestrian trails. The project would include widening of Pleasant Hill Road to add a third lane for southbound through traffic between Deer Hill Road and SR-24. Additional improvements fronting the project site include bicycle and pedestrian paths.
