Coastal Treatment Plant Export Sludge Force Main Replacement

Description

CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2015-0015-R5) to the project applicant, South Orange County Wastewater Authority. The project is limited to the replacement of 16,600 feet of the two 4-inch pipelines with a single 6-inch force main and proposes to impact 0.2204 acres of streambed, including 0.16 acres of permanent impact to southern cottonwood willow scrub habitat and 0.0604 acres of temporary impact to southern cottonwood willow scrub habitat/mulefat scrub habitat and mitigate with 0.48 acres of creation, restoration and/or enhancement.
