Document Description
The proposed project involves the replacement of two parallel 4-inch cast iron pipes case iron that transport primary sludge and thickened waste-activated sludge from the CTP to the RTP for solids processing. Since installation, this system (termed the Export Sludge Handling System) has experienced a number of problems due to a combination of corrosion and internal deposition.
