Description

The CA DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Rodriguez Road Waterline Crossing Grade Stabilization Project. The project is limited to the construction of ~200 lineal feet of roughened riffle rock structures within the streambed downstream of the pipeline. The CA DFG has determined the Project is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
