Project would improve fish passage and protect an existing water supply pipeline crossing from being destabilized by stream bed degradation in Arroyo Grande Creek at Rodriguez Bridge. A Mitigated Negative Declaration was approved for this project on November 29, 2010. Based on new information resulting from revised plans, the County has determined that the Initial Study prepared for the Project required revision and recirculation. The Subsequent MND includes the removal of 6 trees and mitigation for this impact.
