A request by the San Luis Obispo County Department of Public Works (County) to improve, enhance and stabilize fish passage, and protect an existing Lopez Water Treatment Plant water supply pipeline crossing from being destabilized by the degradation of the stream bed in Arroyo Grande Creek at Rodriguez Bridge. The project would result in a total of 0.46 acre (20,000 sf) of disturbance: approximately 0.24 acre (10,500sf) of temporary disturbance and approximately 0.22 acre (9,500 sf) of permanent disturbance.
