Santa Cruz Large Woody Material Management Program

Description

The proposed project is the implementation of the County of Santa Cruz Large Woody Material Management Program (LWMMP). For the purposes of this program, large woody material (LWM) is defined as stumps, root-wads and logs having an average diameter greater than 6 inches and a length greater than 10 ft. The LWMMP project area includes all of Santa Cruz County, but is most active in the perennial streams of San Lorenzo, Soquel, Aptos and Corralitos watersheds.
