Description

Subdivide a 1 acre parcel into 7 single-family residences on the newly created lots. The existing residence will remain on proposed Lot 1. The proposal includes a request to rezone the property from Rural Residential (RR-20) to Single-Family Residential (R-1-6). In addition, there is a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a small-lot subdivision, with lot sizes ranging from 3,826 square feet to 9,853 square feet. There are 2 proposed residential floor plans, both of which will be 2-story models; the homes will be 1,280 square feet and 1,698 square feet in size. Each unit will also have a 2-car garage. Proposed landscaping includes street trees, and various medium and small shrubs, along with lawn, in the front yards of each residence.
