Document Description
Subdivide a 1 acre parcel into 7 single-family residences on the newly created lots. The existing residence will remain on proposed Lot 1. There are 2 proposed residential floor plans, both of which will be 2-story models; the homes will be 1,280 square feet and 1,698 square feet in size. Each unit will also have a 2-car garage.
