- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0458-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, United Technologies Corporation/Pratt & Whitney. Project will reduce perchlorate-contaminated groundwater from the drainage through grading, restore to a natural channel design through culvert and other hardscape removal, and reduce incision in Mixer Creek. Grading within 0.58 acres will occur to raise the elevation of the drainage bed by 2-3 feet. Oxidizer Road will be graded down 2 feet to allow for low water crossing. There will be 2 culverts filled, 2 culverts and a grate structure removed, and 3 check dams removed. There will be installation of 0.03 acre of rip rap.
