The proposed project entails the closure, general restoration, and remediation of the United Technologies Corporation - Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne (UTC-PWR) San Jose Facility. Between 1959 and 2004, the facility was used to design and manufacture solid propellant rocket motors for the U.S. Department of Defense as well as the aerospace industry.
