Description: The proposed Amendment No. 2 to the existing Community Development Plan for the Sotoyome Community Development Project Area has the following key elements: (1) The tax increment limit is proposed to be amended from $100 million to $307 million; (2) The debt limit is proposed to be amended from $50 million to $100 million; (3) The time limit to incur new debt is proposed to be amended from 2011 to 2014; and (4) Include redevelopment programs that have been identified which are necessary to alleviate the existing blight conditions.
