Present Land Use
The Existing Plan and proposed Amendment implements many of the goals, policies and implementation programs outlined in the Healdsburg General Plan. Futhermore, the Existing Plan and proposed Amendment will be consistent with the land use designations and development standards outlined in the Healdsburg General Plan. The proposed Amendment does not conflict with the Zoning Ordinance, either. In fact, as specific redevelopment projects are proposed, the Zoning Ordinance required adherence to development regulations to minimize environmental impact.
