Title: Dockweiler State Beach Refurbishment Project
Description: The beach refurbishment project would involve the following primary activities: (1) reconstruction of the main entrance booth, four restrooms, the outdoor courtyard of the lifeguard compound, and entry lanes and roadways; (2) renovation of one restroom, a concession stand building, the interior of the lifeguard compound building, the maintenance facility, recreational areas and main site utilities; (3) construction of two new 2,500-square-foot lifeguard substations; (4) replacement of the access road pavement and two parking lot surfaces; and (5) extension of utility services in the RV lot. The project would be completed in approximately 11 months.
