Description

Note: Response to Comments. The project is a long range Master Plan for planned future improvements to the campus of Biola University over the next 20 years. The project provides for potential enrollment increase from 5,000 full time enrolled students (FTES) up to 6,800 FTES; demolition of up to 236,383 gross square feet of existing facilities and construction of up to 1,093,250 gsf of new facilities for a potential net increase of 856,867 gsf of structural development; an increase of 826 beds at double occupancy and 985 beds at triple occupancy; and 1,214 new parking spaces.
