The applicant (Biola University) is proposing to increase the amount of development permitted on the campus from the 1,300,000 square feet approved in 1988 to 1,615,988 square feet. This nearly 25 percent increase will be phased over approximately 20 years and is intended to accommodate a full time equivalent (FTE) enrollment of 5,000 students.
