Document Description
Implementation of the Biola University Maser Plan requires the approval of a Master Site Plan and Planned Unit Development (PUD). The Master Site Plan and PUD will allow Biola University, the project applicant, to increase the amount of development permitted on campus from 1,300,000 square feet approved in 1988 to 1,839,444 square feet. The increase will be phased over approximately 20 years and is intended to accommodate a full time equivalent (FTE) enrollment of 4,600 students at the University. The Master Site Plan and PUD reflect the conceptual locations and sizes of the facilities, including new building footprints.
