Description: The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The project proposes to widen approximately 1,260 linear feet of Janes Creek to increase flood water storage capacity, with approximately 70 linear feet to be lined with rock slope protection. Approximately 1,580 feet of unnamed tributary will be re-aligned, and a portion of the tributary and its adjacent wetland will be replanted to re-establish riparian vegetation.
