Document Description
The applicant is proposing a residential subdivision of 61 lots on the property. The current property owner also owns property north of St. Louis Road, and although there is no proposal for development of that property at this time, residential development of that area is anticipated in the future. The entire site is zoned RM/PD (Residential Medium Density/Planned Development) and is approximately 20.9 acres in size. The subdivision would be served by public streets, which will connect to the adjacent public streets, which will connect to the adjacent public roadways. Other proposed features of the subdivision include a small public park, Janes Creek and tributary restoration plan, floodplain modification, a storm water detention basin, and preservation of historic structures on the site. The proposed subdivision and other features are shown on the attached tentative map.
