- The issuance of the proposed permit will allow the following: 1) increase the final height from 362.5 to 410 feet above mean sea level; 2) reallocation of airspace from Cell 2 to Cell 1 by approximately 666,000 cubic yards, however, no change in the landfill's overal design capacity; 3) increase the hours of operation from 5:30am to 7:00pm to 5:00am-7:00pm and, 4) update the estimated closure date from 2018 to 2027
