The Revised Solid Waste Facility Permit will allow for the following: 1. Expanding the hours of operation for receipt of refuse from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday to Saturday to 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday to Saturday; 2. Increasing the permitted maximum tonnage from 6,006 tons per week to 8,820 tons per week; 3. Increasing the design capacity from 13,998,400 cubic yards to 15,278,400 cubic yards; 4. Updating the estimated closure year from 2028 to 2034.
