- Description
- An increase in the permitted design capacity for compostable material handling from 45,000 cubic yards to 369,000 cubic yards. An increase in the permitted acreage for compostable material handling from 5 acres to 59 acres. Addition of two separate composting activities: Composting Facility #1, which is a two-stage anaerobic/aerobic batch composting process; and Composting Facility #2, which is a covered aerated static pile composting process. Addition of an In-Vessel Digestion system with a permitted area of 2.3 acres and a design capacity of 3,360,000 gallons. Updates to the Joint Technical Document including: Incorporation of a Report of Composting Site Information for Composting Facility #1, incorporation of a Report of Composting Site Information for Composting Facility #2, incorporation of an In-Vessel Digestion Report, and updates to figures and appendices.
