- Document Description
- The project is a landfill-based anaerobic digester (anaerobic composter) to process food waste, green waste, and other materials. Digester cells will be filled with waste materials to produce biogas through an anaerobic digestion process followed by a short aerobic phase. The project is the subject of an addendum (Addendum No. 3) to the Yolo County Central Landfill Permit Revisions Subsequent EIR dated April 2017 and adopted by the Board of Supervisors on July 24, 2018. The addendum is available at the same location as the SEIR, noted below.
