Document Description
An increase in the permitted design capacity for compostable material handling from 45,000 cubic yards to 369,000 cubic yards. An increase in the permitted acreage for compostable material handling from 5 acres to 59 acres. Addition of two separate composting activities: Composting Facility #1, which is a two-stage anaerobic/aerobic batch composting process; and Composting Facility #2, which is a covered aerated static pile composting process. Addition of an In-Vessel Digestion system with a permitted area of 2.3 acres and a design capacity of 3,360,000 gallons. Updates to the Joint Technical Document including: Incorporation of a Report of Composting Site Information for Composting Facility #1, incorporation of a Report of Composting Site Information for Composting Facility #2, incorporation of an In-Vessel Digestion Report, and updates to figures and appendices.
