Document Description
The proposed project consists of an update to the 2004 City of Tehama General Plan (from the 1972 Plan). The project includes updates to the Land use, Circulation, Noise, Conservation and Open Space elements. Both the Safety and Housing Elements were updated and approved separately in 2021. They have been incorporated into this General Plan update for the purpose of maintaining consistency. The General Plan consists of a long-term policy document consisting of goals, policies, and implementation actions that will guide future development activities and City actions. No specific development projects are proposed as part of the General Plan Update.
