Document Description
The Getty Center Parking Improvement Project proposes two new landscaped surface parking areas providing up to 217 vehicle parking spaces and a new 250 square-foot restroom station. The Project Site is located on two existing, previously-graded pads adjacent to the I-405 Freeway and north of the Getty Center Drive entrance. The Project Site will be improved with water conveyance infrastructure, fire hydrants, drought tolerant landscaping, and security lighting. Approximately 3,500 cubic yards of earthwork consisting of 1,400 cubic yards of soil export and 2,100 cubic yards of soil import are proposed. No protected trees are located on the Site.
