Document Description
The Project is a proposed commercial and warehouse distribution development. Applications include a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, and Site Plan for the warehouse portion of the Project Site, a Zone Change for the commercial portion of the Project Site, and a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the property and dedicate right-of-way. The warehouse component entails the construction and operation of a 1,012,185 s.f. warehouse distribution building and associated improvements. The commercial component is conceptually designed to include 12 commercial buildings having a maximum of 187,500 s.f. of building space. Other features include an on-site detention basin, landscaping, parking areas, drive aisles, lighting, signage, and improvements to Berkshire Avenue and South H Street.
