The warehouse component entails the construction and operation of a 1,012,185 s.f. warehouse distribution building and associated improvements. The commercial component is conceptually designed to include 12 commercial buildings having a maximum of 187,500 s.f. of building space. Other features include an on-site detention basin, landscaping, parking areas, drive aisles, lighting, signage, and improvements to Berkshire Avenue and South H Street.
