Document Description
The Project consists of replacement of 8.75 miles of the existing Newell Creek Pipeline with a new 24- inch pipeline. The pipeline generally would be installed within existing road pavement, road right-of-way, and/or existing and proposed City easements. The proposed northern segment extends from the Newell Creek Access Road Bridge to the Felton Booster Pump Station on Graham Hill Road at Zayante Road. The proposed southern segment extends along Graham Hill Road from the Felton Booster Pump Station to the City's Graham Hill Water Treatment Plant.
