Grizzly Ranch, LLC proposes to develop a commercial cannabis cultivation operation at 8445 State Highway 175, Kelseyville, CA. The applicant proposes to cluster 9060 and 9020 Bottle Rock Road, Kelseyville, CA which will only be used for the acreage and no cultivation will occur on both these parcels. The applicant is seeking approval of nine (9) A - Type 2B "Small Mixed Light" cultivation license and one (1) Type 13 "Distributor Transport Only, Self-Distribution" license. The total cultivation area proposed is 90,000 square feet with a total combined canopy space of 163,600 square feet. The proposed project will consist of the construction of 57 greenhouses for cultivation (2,000 square feet each), twelve (12) 2,500 square feet greenhouses for immature plants, 57 water tanks (1,700 gallons each), 15 water storage tanks (10,000 gallons each), five (5) 5,000 square feet processing buildings, and five (5) 120 square foot sheds.
