The intent of this document is to notify the public that the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District has prepared an environmental evaluation document (Initial Study) in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act and intends to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) based on the finding that there is no substantial evidence that the proposed action, as mitigated, will have a significant effect on the environment. The reasons supporting this finding are documented in the Draft Initial Study/Environmental Assessment.
