Document Description
(3) A-Type 1C small outdoor cultivation licenses
(1) A-Type 13 'Self Distribution' license
The applicant applied for a minor use permit to plant commercial cannabis in a 14,664 sq. ft. area that had been approved for medicinal marijuana cultivation in 2017 through Lake County's now defunct Article 72. The cultivation would use an existing on-site well. All impacts associated with this project can be mitigated through various mitigation measures. The project was granted 'early activation' as of April 29, 2020, which enabled early planting of cannabis while the use permit is under review.
