Document Description
The proposed project consists of a new office and classroom building project, known as La Jolla Innovation Center (the “Project”). The Project, to be located adjacent to campus at the intersection of La Jolla Village Drive and Villa La Jolla Drive, would serve UC San Diego Extension and Health Sciences to continue existing academic programs and research. The building would include 103,300 GSF associated with office and educational uses. Approximately 1,400 GSF of ground-floor retail space (such as a café) would be provided. The Project would include four-levels of structured parking and surface parking.
