Document Description
Construction of a new 150' tall lattice tower on an 80' x 80' concrete pad and 900 foot long extension of existing interior driveway with a turnout. Site contains a vault and support equipment to be enclosed in a 6' tall fence with a 20' wide double (locked) gate. Site is accessed from Highway 20 by a 12' wide paved driveway with turnouts approximately every 400 feet. The site was burned in the 2017 Valley Fire. There are no dwellings on the site, and the nearest dwelling is about 2,500 feet to the southeast.
