The proposed project site is located at 1325 Scott Street on a 0.62-acre site in the CV-1-2, Community Plan Implementation (B), and Coastal (Appealable) Overlay Zones within the Peninsula Community Plan area, Council District 2. The site is not included on any Government Code listing of hazardous waste sites.
