Document Description
The project would replace an existing 18-inch diameter corrugated steel pipe with a 36-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe and a concrete headwall. Because of the recent fires and heavy winter rainfalls the amount of water passing through the existing culvert was overwhelming. The small diameter pipe caused the water to pool causing erosion to the slope along the roadway.
