Document Description
The proposed project would involve demolition of the Quarters Building and the Radar Storage Shed portion of the Corridor Building at the Control area of teh Lake Chabot Nike Missile Base. The HIP AR Building, radar pads, Guard Station, Generator Building, original 100 square-foot Corridor building, and foundations of the demolished structures would be retained. Hazardous materials abatement activities prior to demolition of the structures would involve stabilization of loose and peeling lead-based paint and removal and proper disposal of components coated with lead-based paint.
