The Los Rios Community College District is proposing to construct a new instructional building (Phase 2 of Master Plan) to accommodate growing student demands, in the southwest portion of the CRC Elk Grove Center campus, located at 10051 Big Horn Blvd., Elk Grove, Sacramento County. The area proposed for the new instructional building currently consists of vacant land and is adjacent to southwest of the existing (Phase I of the Master Plan) instructional building. The proposed construction, which is still in the design phase, currently includes the construction of one two-story building with instructional, laboratory, office, and support spaces for chemistry and biology departments with ADA access.
